Planting Procedure


Procedure for the Herbal Garden:

Materials:

Shovel
Large recycled Pot
Recycled Dextrose Container
70% Alcohol (to disinfect hands after   gardening)

Procedure:
1. Decomposed organic materials for 1 month.
2. Bought Soil from Dodong Lumongsod at Tubod River. 
3. Mixed 1/3 organic fertilizer and 3/4 Soil.
5. Fill the Lage Pot with the mixed soil.
6. Plant the herb.
7. Washed hands with water and disinfect with 70% alcohol.

Optional:
Recycled dextrose Container filled with water may be used as source of water for the herbs, specially that plants will be visited by the students on a 2 days interval.

Construction of the herbal Lanscaping at ESEP Bldg.

1. Talked with Panday (Carpenters) and hire them to lanscape the front builing of ESEP where the herbs will be planted.

2. Students will plant the herbs but this time not in a pot.

The herbal landscape at ESEP Building will allow students of Iligan City National High School to have an actual samples of the herbs that have medicinal importance and may inspire them to use it in cases when they don't have money to buy medicine.
